This modern tropical residence is a product of the architect and the owner’s vision of a home for a young modern burgeoning family.

The main priorities for this house were the bedrooms for the couple, their daughter, their mother and a brother. They also wanted to have a room to house a family who lives with them. They also wanted to have an office to house at least 4 people, an entertainment room with bar and a roof deck. 

The plan of the house depended mainly on the location of the stairs which was strategically placed in the middle to minimize hallways and provide more spaces to the bedrooms and other areas. High ceilings, clerestory windows were employed in the ground floor to receive more natural light and add more visual space to the room. 

The vertical louvers in front of the master bedroom balcony are used to help with the privacy of the owners and also adds for the visual effect.
