This modern residence is situated on an exclusive hilltop subdivision in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

To maximize the wedge shape lot, the floor plan started with two rectangular volumes where one is angled as it follows the lot’s north east facade. Wide floor to ceiling windows are used to allow more natural light into the interior spaces and also gives the residents a good view of the outside.

One of the main features of the house is the rectangular facade that greets one as they approach the residence. The shape creates an illusion of a wider house and wider space inside. The second floor deviates from the shape of the ground floor below it thus creating a wide canopy beside the living area. Wide canopies are employed in front of the floor to ceiling doors and windows as the house’s main facade faces south which is constantly exposed to the sun during daytime.

The residence design aesthetic is mainly based on mid century architecture and contemporary architecture.
