A pioneer project of a residential developer, this house was envisioned to be a solution to common issues the owner-brokers observe with the houses in the market. They wanted to provide a house that has minimal-if not without- any issues regarding the layout, facade and materials used.

With this, the architect designed a layout that gives ample space for bedrooms, toilets and the common areas without sacrificing mobility and use of natural light and ventilation. Although small in floor area, the interior of the house feels bigger than it actually is through the thoughtful use of space and providing large windows for natural light.

The materials used for the finishing are neutral colors accented with wood to add a cozy and inviting feel and also conform to the modern contemporary aesthetics.
