The Villas is part of the Gunita Events and Pavilion complex located in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. It is the lodging establishment that is intended to house families or couples.

In an effort to both honor the existing natural environment and blend in with it, the building and infinity pool softly follow the site’s sloping contours. One of the project’s main features is nature, and the design attempts to minimize the structure’s negative physical and visual effects on the site.

The building’s orientation was chosen by the architect to optimize the view of the surrounding verdant open spaces as well as the mountains and hills in the distance. A conscious design decision was made to reduce the amount of direct afternoon sunshine that may enter the villa interiors by including vertical pieces that form the boxy facade.
